Our neighbors across the street and the lady who owned our house before us have been using them for a long time. The owner of Southern Tropics even showed up before the potential ice storm this last winter and winterized our system without us calling. We are new pool owners and would not have had a clue and potentially could have had a mess on our hands. Can’t thank them enough"
